1. Product Information

  • Sarees are photographed carefully to represent actual color and design
  • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and display settings
  • Descriptions, fabric details, and pricing are provided to the best of knowledge

2. Pricing & Payment 

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Orders confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Order Confirmation & Billing

Invoice will be automatically sent to the buyer’s registered email after payment. Billing is generated digitally for ecommerce transactions.

4. GST & Tax Declaration

Seller operates under turnover threshold exemption (below 20 lakhs). Future taxes, if applicable, will be shown on the invoice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipped through trusted courier/postal partners.
  • Timelines are approximate and vary by location.
  • Seller is not responsible for courier delays or natural events.

6 & 7. Cancellation & Return Policy

  • Cancellation: Accepted only before dispatch. Not possible once processed for shipping.
  • Returns: Only for damaged or wrong products. Must report within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. Buyer Responsibility

Buyer must provide correct address. Seller is not liable for losses due to incorrect address.

10. Intellectual Property

All images and brand content belong to Vajralakshmifabrics® and cannot be copied.

11 & 12. Liability & Jurisdiction

Liability limited to product value Disputes subject to Dindigul (Tamil Nadu) jurisdiction.
