1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship orders to:

  • Dindigul Local Delivery Zone
  • Tamil Nadu Region (PIN: 624003)
  • Select nearby serviceable areas as supported by our courier partners.

(Note: Nationwide shipping is not available at the moment. Delivery is limited to the above regions only.)

2. Shipping Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery within the Dindigul Local Delivery Zone usually takes 1–3 days.
  • Delivery within Tamil Nadu (624003 region) takes 3–7 working days, depending on location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery for eligible products within the delivery zone.
  • For other items, standard courier charges will apply based on the customer’s pincode and order weight.

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp or email.
  • Real-time updates as provided by the courier partner.

5. Delays

Vajralakshmi Fabrics® is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Natural calamities or weather conditions
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or regional issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
