1. Return Eligibility

A product can be returned only if:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and with original tags

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sarees that are used, washed, or altered
  • Products sold during special discount sales
  • Color variation due to lighting or screen brightness

3. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved, refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment mode.

4. Exchange

  • Exchange allowed for size/defect, subject to stock availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

Prepaid orders can be refunded after cancellation.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
