Refund and Returns Policy
We aim to provide the best products and customer service.
1. Return Eligibility
A product can be returned only if:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product is unused, unwashed, and with original tags
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees that are used, washed, or altered
- Products sold during special discount sales
- Color variation due to lighting or screen brightness
3. Refund Process
- Once the return is approved, refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment mode.
4. Exchange
- Exchange allowed for size/defect, subject to stock availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
Prepaid orders can be refunded after cancellation.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
